I've changed the format of my Ss' #geniushour projects. Instead of working on them all year, they do 30 day challenges based on Matt Cutts' TED Talk. Once GH became popular at my HS, my Ss got overwhelmed with 2-4 projects at once. A4 at first Ts thought #GeniusHour was a free for all and in Ks we left it open ended; an extended art/craft exploration, but slowly put in a brainstorming component. We came up w/ideas, why and how we’d implement them. Then we “did” then we “talked”
